As for the order with uArm Swift Pro robot arm, DHL Express is the default option for your order delivery. If you need to change other logistic parties, you are required to mail us all the details we need for shipping. You can contact our sales department by email (sales@ufactory.cc).

For the accessories order, China Post is the default option for your order delivery. You will be expected to receive your goods in 10 to 20 working days.

Your country's import duties, taxes, and fees are not included. International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). These fees will be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees and for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. UFACTORY does not have any responsibility for any additional charges that may apply.
